WHY HOT YOGA?

Hot Yoga is a dynamic, mat-based group exercise that takes place in a heated room, where you’ll flow through various poses designed to boost fitness and flexibility. As you hold each posture, you’ll engage your core and strengthen your arms and legs, while the heat helps deepen stretches and maximize benefits. Your instructor may incorporate equipment like bands, fitness balls, and small weights to elevate your workout. This practice uniquely balances relaxation and challenge, promoting not only physical strength but also mental well-being by improving breathing, relieving stress, and enhancing overall health.

Participants typically wear activewear and can choose to go barefoot or wear socks. Don’t forget to bring a mat, a towel, and plenty of water to stay hydrated throughout the session.
