WHY HOT BARRE?

Hot Barre is a dynamic mat-based group exercise performed in a heated room, offering a distinctive fitness experience by blending ballet-inspired movements with elements from yoga and Pilates. This unique combination targets the lower body and core, building strength and flexibility from the ankles up through the calves, knees, thighs, glutes, and abdominals. Your instructor may incorporate equipment such as bands, exercise balls, and small weights to enhance your workout and challenge different muscle groups.

Similar to a yoga class, participants typically wear activewear and can choose to go barefoot or wear socks. Be sure to bring a mat, a towel, and plenty of water to stay hydrated throughout the session.
