WHY HOT STRENGTH?

 

 

Hot Strength is a mat-based group exercise that is performed in a heated room with high energy music.

Hot strength classes are beneficial because they combine the physical and mental benefits of strength training with the added advantages of a heated environment. Here’s why they’re important:

1. ENHANCED FLEXIBILITY

  • The heat helps loosen muscles and joints, making it easier to stretch and move more deeply into exercises. This can lead to improved range of motion and flexibility.

Your instructor will give you options to use bands, exercise balls, and a multitude of weight options to help level up your continued strength building. Participants wear active wear with socks or go barefoot, similar to a yoga class. Make sure to bring a mat, a towel, and plenty of water.
